"Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus's words mark a radical call to action: |
"Go and make disciples of all nations."
There is no middle ground.
There is no compromise.
There is no middle ground.
There is no compromise.
As followers of the Jesus we have a biblical responsibility to create access to the kingdom of God. Today you have an opportunity to partner with The Beautiful Feet Project and do just that. Right now there are 120,000,000 Japanese who have never heard the gospel, making it the second largest unreached people group on earth. We intend to change that.
Japan has been titled the missionaries graveyard, where you can work the soil and see no fruit for decades. But we believe that God is going to do something radical in Japan in the coming years. That hearts will change, lives will be rearranged, and minds will be renewed by the great love of Jesus. The Beautiful Feet Project would like to invite you to send us to Japan in 2019 as an extension of Christ's love to a vulnerable people group.
There is an allegory called "holding the rope". In 1792 William Carey founded the first mission sending organization in the world, with a unified vision to live out the calling of the great commission. He was later sent to India where he preached the gospel until his death in 1834.
The success of his 42 years of outreach was fueled by has good friend Andrew Fuller who advocated for his ministry. He traveled around the U.K. speaking at churches to build a coalition of prayer and financial support.
Before leaving for India, Carey famously told Fuller, “I will go down into the pit, if you will hold the ropes.” Fuller and his coalition were faithful partners in ministry for 42 years, changing the spiritual climate of India.
Will you hold the ropes? Will you enable us to go down in the pit?
Help us win Japan for Christ.
In order to be fully funded our team needs $16,000 to cover airfare, rail, lodging, and food for a 3 week trip.
So far we have raised $2,700 of the $11,000 needed for airfare.
We should be purchasing our tickets by 6/15. Thus we need to $8,300 in 15 days.
That's only 83 people passionate about reaching Japan for Christ at $100 each.
You're generosity changes lives for eternity, and we are so excited to see what God can do through your faithfulness.
